Lockdown seemed like a reasonable thing at first. There is a deadly disease going around, so stay away from people and you won’t catch it. We were only asked to lockdown for a week and then 2, but that still seemed reasonable. As we are coming to our second year of lockdown there have been many repercussions. Serious ones like increases in suicide and mental health generally, loss of businesses and incomes and everything that goes along with that. But even for the luckier ones, who managed to stay in their own homes and put food on the table, the psychological and mental scars will remain for a very long time. So how did people get through it, what were we thinking and doing, and how did we change our attitude so we could improve our lives. This show gives just a few personal testimonies of how people managed.
